We use United States Postal Service (USPS). Your order will have a tracking number which provides end-to-end item tracking and up to $100 insurance coverage. Your tracking number can be found in your shipping confirmation email.

We want you to love your Heidi Pockets! If you aren’t 100% happy with your heidipocket.com purchase, you may return them in their original packaging, in resellable condition and with the plastic shrink wrap unopened, within 14 days of your delivery date for a refund.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to show up on your original form of payment. If you have not yet received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account again or contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. If you have done all of this and have still not received a refund, please contact us at confidence@heidipocket.com
