We love our products and we think you will too!
Heidi Pocket is a specialty hygienic product; therefore, we are committed to the highest standard of quality and safety to our clients and team members. Every item that is shipped to our clients is brand new and has never been opened or touched by anyone outside of our manufacturing team. Because of this we do not accept returns or exchanges on our products.
Please feel free to share unused products with a friend or donate them to your local homeless shelter.
Heidi Pocket takes special care to ensure that our products are carefully protected when packaged for shipping and we are committed to doing everything possible to ensure that your product is delivered on time and in perfect condition. However, in the rare case that an order arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement. Damaged items must be reported within five (5) days of delivery. To report a damaged item please email us at confidence@heidipocket.com and include your order number, full name and explanation of the issue.
The replacement or refund of a damaged product is determined at the sole discretion of Heidi Pocket.
Once the replacement for damaged product has been approved by Heidi Pocket, you will have the option to either a) receive a replacement for the damaged product or b) receive a refund for the damaged product. Note: Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
For a replacement of a damaged product, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process and ship your replacement product.
For a refund of a damaged product, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and to show up on your original form of payment. Note: Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please note: We cannot accept a damaged product (even within five (5) days of purchase) in certain situations, including, but not limited to:

Item(s) showing excessive wear and tear, or at the end of their intended lifespan.

Item(s) damaged by misuse, alterations, improper care, or accidents.

Item(s) not purchased on www.heidipocket.com.

Item(s) without an original purchase receipt.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you have not yet received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account again or contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. If you have done all of this and have still not received a refund, please contact us at confidence@heidipocket.com
