All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Your order will have a tracking number which provides end-to-end item tracking (except for First Class orders) and up to $100 insurance coverage. Your tracking number can be found in your shipping confirmation email.

Understanding Timelines
Processing Timeline: After your order is placed, our warehouse starts processing it so you can receive your order on time. Orders are processed, packed, and prepared on business days, which refers to Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM CDT begin processing the following business day.
The shipping method timeline accounts for transit time only and does not include processing time for orders placed after 12 PM CDT. Orders placed after 12 PM CDT begin processing the following business day.

U.S. Territories & International: We are unable to ship outside of the U.S. or to U.S. Territories (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses).
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Heidi Pocket takes special care to ensure that our products are carefully protected when packaged for shipping and we are committed to doing everything possible to ensure that your product is delivered on time and in perfect condition. However, in the rare case that an order arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement. Damaged items must be reported within five (5) days of delivery.
