Heidi Pocket can be easily opened with one hand (for apparent reasons) and sealed tightly to conceal anything you'd rather keep under wraps. This means that when a panty liner, pad, tampon, or cup goes in, it stays out of sight and out of mind.
Simply squeeze, insert, seal, and toss. Plus, the minimal aesthetic means that Heidi Pocket will blend into whatever bin it finds itself in.
Steps:
Squeeze: Hold the pocket from top and squeeze it; it will open upon pressure.
Insert: Insert your used disposable menstrual product along with the new wrapper for increased privacy
For pads and liners: Wrap in 2 squares of toilet tissue to insert into Heidi Pocket without sticking.
For tampons: You can insert as is or you can wrap it in 2 squares of toilet tissue for extra protection.
Seal: “2-Seal” System for additional security - While squeezing your pocket, reach down, grab and pull the “Pull Tab” exposing the adhesive tab.
1: Press both sides together firmly to ensure contents are secure
2: Fold the adhesive tab and press the entire area firmly to ensure the pocket is sealed entirely.
Toss: Dispose your pocket into bathroom trashcan and walk out with grace, and confidence, knowing your most personal items are securely concealed!
The CDC recommends changing sanitary pads or tampons every 4 to 8 hours.
